He is unsure as to why he hasn't had any serious interest. He's a very good boy with very good manners. He's friendly with people and despite his size, has laid back energy. He's strong on a lead and prefers to be your only pet. He's has so much love to give that you won't mind!

This puppy was reported to be a stray dog found wandering in town, but we received information that the she was likely owned by the "finder." We're not sure why this 8 month old girl was brought here, but we are excited to find her a Furever Home!
She's just a baby and very sweet. She gets along with other dogs, is learning basic commands, and is now fully vetted. She deserves a home that is experienced or willing to train, and committed to her for the long haul - she's just a puppy and has a long life to live!

This little guy was surrendered at 4 years old, due to no fault of his own. His owner fell on hard times and believed he deserved a better home, which we promised we would find! He's guessed to be a poodle, possibly 'mini', very friendly with everyone he meets, and previously lived with another dog.

Since he became available for adoption, he's shown what we call "stranger danger," often not being interested in potential adopters, showing uneasiness, and defensive. This is common with dogs thrown into unfamiliar environments with new people. Some adjust quickly without issues, some take longer to gain the confidence they need to move on.
Trainers report that Nugget was a good boy today with them AND other dogs. We look forward to his progress over the next several weeks.

We are currently seeking to place 2 groups of 3 spicy (but very cute) kittens asap! These two local foster homes will be experienced with socializing outdoor kittens & return them as needed for vaccines. We provide the supplies, you provide the time and care!
This will ideally be a 2 month commitment.

She was abandoned by her former owners partner, who was trusted to care for her until he secured housing for him and Mama together. Unfortunately, the partner took matters into her own hands and claimed Mama was a stray dog. Once her owner found out, his world crashed, and he was left to make the tough decision to leave her in our care and a chance of a secure, loving home.
Mama only knew 1 owner. She's approx 6-7 years old now, and misses having a home. She's ok with some dogs over others, has a calmer temperament, and would do great in a home with a fellow couch potato!
