It’s been a while as I don’t get to draw a lot lately. However, I do participate in this year’s Inktober to get better at working with ink pens. I really wanted to share today’s challenge alongside with the other sketches from the last couple of days. Being honest I had no clue about this prompt at first but the sketch eventually evolved into something quite nice, or at least that’s what I think haha🌓

Hey everyone! Here's a little sketch I did with my new art supplies I just received in my 💜 Upcrate is a subscription box that equips you with new art goodies that you probably haven't seen before every month, it's always great to try the different techniques it has to offer! I loved the vibrancy of the colors in this crate and it was really fun to experiment with them, also really liked the ink pen, it's awesome for fine details. I actually used the light blue marker to go in and blend the colored pencils which worked perfectly:) Really enjoyed this crate and I'm sure you guys would too! ✨

Hey everyone! Today I'm back with an review! I got the crate 13 and this is what I created with the materials that were inside 🎨 I really love acrylic paint on wood because it's texture it way smoother than canvas and the colors in the crate were really vibrant and totally matched my aesthetic. They also came with good quality brushes and cute little paint pans for mixing. This was really fun to paint and I definitely recommend the crates because of the harmonic choice of supplies! ✨💜

Hi everyone! Here's what I've been working on in the past few months. It's one of the few original pieces that really have my heart💜 I actually wanted to draw a normal moon but then I thought about how you could constitute a 'waning moon' in an other way and came up with this. It also kinda reminds me of vanitas motifs. The term vanitas describes how fleeting things can be. It's really interesting to think about it🌌

This one took weeks to complete and I was almost going to give up on it but I guess my consistency paid off this time.✨🌑 It's such a relieving feeling to realize that another drawing is done knowing you're able able to start fresh soon!
Some people asked me about the ring I'm wearing - it's from. She has a beautiful assortment of hand crafted jewelry! Since amethysts are my favorite gems this one already belongs to my most beloved jewelry pieces.😍 I mainly used Luminance & Polychromos to create this drawing but I also used my Prismacolors and a white Posca pen which I can really recommend for highlights!
