I've been looking for this for a while now. Especially because I had it so much growing up in Hong Kong
When I used to go to the mall, & am ready for a snack at 4pm but didn't want to ruin my dinner appetite, this is what I would get (or skewers ๐)
It's a Sichuan spicy noodle made from potato starch, which makes it extra chewy. it soaks up the spicy beef broth, making it extra delicious
I remember going to the mall underground in Chicago's Chinatown a few times and being so disappointed.
So it took me so long to find this place ๐ perfect if you love spicy food & Cheng Du street food but they also have lots of non-spicy options!
