Hinter uns liegen Tage voller Begegnungen, Gebete, Gespräche und gemeinsamer Feiern. Unter dem Leitwort „Hab Mut, steh auf!“ wurde diskutiert, gebetet, gelacht und gemeinsam nach Hoffnung gesucht.
Die Bilder vom heutigen Schlussgottesdienst zeigen noch einmal, was diesen Katholikentag geprägt hat: Gemeinschaft, Glauben und den Mut, Verantwortung für Kirche und Gesellschaft zu übernehmen. In seiner Predigt erinnerte Bischof Dr. Heiner Wilmer daran: „Wir sind nicht geboren, um zu verzweifeln. Wir sind geboren, um zu handeln; Brandherde zu löschen; Frieden zu stiften.“
Ein herzlicher Dank gilt dem, dem und allen Helferinnen und Helfern, die diesen Katholikentag möglich gemacht haben. 🙏
