❗️Bütün malzemeler oda sıcaklığında olmalı❗️
Öncelikle karıştırma kabına peynirleri ve şekeri ekleyip çırpıcı yardımıyla şeker eriyene kadar çırpıyoruz. (Biraz bilek ağrıtıyor🙃) mikser kullanmazsanız daha iyi olur. İlla kullanmak isterseniz en düşük devirde olmalı. Ardından kremaları da ekleyip tekrar karıştırıyoruz. Yumurtaları videodaki gibi tek tek kırarak harcımıza karıştırıyoruz. Son olarak kuru malzemelerimizi (un, vanilya) ekleyip karıştırıyoruz, ben blender kullandım son aşamada ve harcımız hazır. İçine yağlı kağıt serdiğimiz kelepçeli kalıba harcımızı döküyoruz. 26 cm kalıp kullandım. Mutlaka kenarlarını yağlı kağıt ile biraz yükseltin.Bu ölçüden 15 20 dilim bile çıkarabilirsiniz. Önceden ısıtılmış 200 derece fanlı fırında üzeri kozarana kadar pişiriyoruz. Fırına bağlı olarak 25 30 dakika arasında üstü kızarır kontrollü olalım. Cheesecake piştikten sonra oda sıcaklığına getirip buzdolabında 1 gece dinlendiriyoruz. Sonrasında üzerine çikolata eriterek veya dilediğiniz sosu kullanarak servis edebilirsini. Afiyet olsun 😍
