Ich weiß es war in den letzten Wochen etwas still um meinen Account. Nach meiner Schulterverletzung zurückzukommen ist eine echte Mission - aber ich versuche trotzdem, den Prozess zu genießen.
Manche Moves fühlen sich mittlerweile sogar leichter an, weil ich so viel an meiner rechten Seite gearbeitet habe. Andere fühlen sich noch fremd oder unsicher an. Aber keine Sorge: Ich pushe nicht über meine Grenzen und gehe kein Risiko ein. Ich arbeite fast täglich mit meinen Therapeut:innen zusammen und versuche gerade vor allem, meinem Körper und der Arbeit zu vertrauen, die wir in den letzten Monaten reingesteckt haben.
Viele Moves sind schon zurückgekommen. Trotzdem ist es manchmal schwer, nicht nur auf das zu schauen, was noch nicht geht, sondern auf all die Möglichkeiten, die langsam wiederkommen.
Die nächsten Monate werden spannend. Ich habe bestimmte Events im Kopf, bei denen ich wieder tanzen möchte. Nicht, um irgendwas zu erzwingen oder zu rushen — sondern einfach, um ein Ziel zu haben, für das ich arbeiten kann. Und selbst wenn am Ende nicht alles klappt, weiß ich wenigstens, dass ich alles gegeben habe. Damit kann ich leben.
Meine größte Lektion bisher: Geduld. Recovery lässt sich nicht beschleunigen.

Especially right now in my worst critique… coming back from my shoulder injury is a mission but I’m enjoying the journey.
Some moves feel lighter as I worked on my right side a lot and some feel uncomfortable. Trust me I’m not pushing over my limits. I’m working closely almost every day with my therapists. Right now it’s about trusting the work I’ve put in my shoulder and getting to know my body from a new angle.
A lot of moves came back already but it’s hard not to focus on the restrictions but the possibilities.
The next months will be interesting and exciting. I have goals to dance at specific events. Not to rush but to have a goal. At the end I’m not mad if I can’t do it all but I’m gonna work as hard as I can for it. Because k would be mad at myself if I think I could have done better.
My biggest learning: patience. Can’t rush recovery.

This is my over-dimensional face looking confident over Paris.
We can really talk about life goals here.
I live in a privileged country but I came from nothing. Moved out at 18, got in dept right away. I started working at 15 teaching classes, sweeping the dance floor, serving breakfast at 6 in the morning in Hotels or even work as a cashier in supermarkets. But everything with a goal to live a dream life. Spend daily hours at training, create content, create shows and organize the crew to fly out to competitions. Where there’s a will there’s a way. We just gotta find our own way. My way will not work for everybody. And my life is also not for everybody. (Blood, sweat and tears is no joke)
So many times I didn’t know anymore what to do to keep moving forward but with patience and dedication a door would open up eventually and even if it was uncomfortable and new to me at first, I would always adapt and do the best I can for the best outcome.
3rd slide is a bit emotional but I thought I should maybe film my thoughts right away after seeing myself on that big poster. (Sorry for the bad sound quality)
I was the little girl watching Sophia Boutella in her Nike ad and Les Twins on a huge poster in Taipei (remember?) and I always told myself “one day this is gonna be me” so keep manifesting. The universe has more for us than we sometimes expect 💫
