Cette année encore j'ai la chance de collaborer avec la pâtisserie pour les fèves de leurs galettes!
Si vous ne les avez pas déjà goûtées c'est le moment d'y aller 😋. Beurre Noisette c'est la patisserie haute couture ouverte par la maison, où tout est bon.
A l'intérieur des galettes, entre le beurre et les amandes ou les pommes caramélisées vous découvriez une fève fabriquée entièrement à la main, par mes soins, ici à Dijon!
Les fèves sont faites unes à unes, dans mon atelier dijonnais, en grès français et locaux.
Un pur plaisir de réaliser un projet comme celui-ci, gourmand et créatif à la fois.
À nouveau, les métiers d'arts et les métiers de bouche se rencontrent, l'artisanat et la gastronomie ne font qu'un.
