Everyone wore white for the sweetest rehearsal dinner theme and it somehow felt both elegant and playful all at once. The skies were perfectly blue, the sun was shining, the flower girl was spinning barefoot through the grass, and we still had the entire wedding day ahead of us.
I might be alone in this, but rehearsal dinner photography is actually my favorite part of the whole weekend.
It’s when family and friends show me the couple I already love through their lens. It’s where I find myself tearing up behind the camera with glassy eyes while speeches are being read and everyone laughs over stories I’ve never heard before. It’s the part of the weekend where everyone is dressed up, but still relaxed. The anticipation is everywhere.
Honestly, it feels like that moment when you’re packed in the car on the way to Disney World. Everything still ahead of you. 🎠
I miss this weekend already. It was beautiful.
