Patatesleri haşlayıp ezelim. Lor peyniri, yumurta, baharatlar, unu ekleyelim ve yoğuralım. Ele çok yapışmayan bir hamur şeklinde olacak. Açarken ön, arka kısım için hafif un kullanalım. Tavada gördüğünüz gibi pişirelim.

Yarım çay kaşığı karabiber

Ayrı olarak üstüne de 1 su bardağı domates sosu
İlk önce yağ ile kıymayı kavuralım. Soğan, sarımsak, biberi ekleyip biraz daha çevirelim. Salça, domates sosu, baharatlar ile maydanozla da az daha pişirip altını kapatalım.
Pişirdiğimiz yufkaların içine kaşık yardımı ile iç harcı yayalım ve rulo şeklinde sarıp keselim. Çok az sıvı yağ ile yağladığımız tepsiye dizelim. Domates sosunu üzerinde gezdirelim. Önceden ısıtılmış 180 derece fırında üzeri az kızarana kadar biraz daha pişirelim. (10-15 dakika sürüyor)

Sarımsaklı yoğurt ile toz biberli, kuru naneli tereyağı yakalım.
