6,395 minutes of workouts 💦
Hard to narrow that down to a Top 5. I still tried.
Number one is, without question, my biggest project so far. The 30 min Stranger Things Ride. Two rehearsals, almost four hours of recording and days of preparation. A workout I had never taught in this form before, built around a series I genuinely adore, paired with 80s music. What more could Benny McFly ask for.
Right behind it is my Signature Series, the Sing Along Ride. A format we worked on for two full years. Training and singing together. Proof that it’s not just fun, but seriously sweat inducing. There’s much more to come in 2026.
Britney and Lady Gaga take spots three and four. Huge pop moments for me, but also real challenges. It was the first time I mixed the music myself for my classes. Every track choice, every transition, every beat drop carefully crafted to feel like one complete piece of art.
Number five, even though it’s only ten minutes, comes down to the most beautiful and sparkly outfit I got to wear in 2025. Hoping it won’t stay a one time moment. (Wishing for an ultimate Eras Tour 3,5 hours Ride ✨)

In 43 days, I’m doing my first ever HYROX with and the goal is to finish in under 60 minutes.
