Hier, le tirage au sort de a eu lieu et j’ai eu la chance d’être sélectionné pour la distance reine: 170 km et 10 000 m de dénivelé autour du Mont-Blanc.
C’est un rêve qui se réalise, un rêve qui remonte à 20 ans en arrière, quand je suivais mon père sur cette course mythique. Passer des nuits blanches dehors, à vibrer pour lui, m’avait donné des frissons. À l’époque, j’avais déjà cette petite voix en moi qui murmurait: “Un jour, ce sera ton tour.” 🤩
Ce jour est arrivé. Peut-être un peu plus tôt que prévu dans mon parcours, mais un UTMB ça ne refuse pas: l’excitation et la motivation sont à leur comble. 👊🏼
Je vous embarque avec moi pour cette aventure. Une préparation intense m’attend, mais elle sera passionnante et à hauteur de l’event. Et surtout, je sais que toute une équipe sera encore une fois là, à m’encourager et à partager des moments de oufs. 🫶

Ce résultat, sur la course de 100km la plus relevée au monde ne peut que me satisfaire! Les 12h d’effort autour du toit de l’Europe avec son arrivée sous l’arche mythique de Chamonix auront été intenses 😅
Après un départ maitrisé derrière les fauves partis à vitesse grand V, je reste focus sur mes sensations pour faire mon petit bonhomme de chemin. De la 96e place au premier pointage, à la 44e sur 2.500 partants, je trouve un flow entre engagement et plaisir avec le triptyque Physique – Mental – Nutrition qui répond bien! 🔥
Une belle revanche sur 2023 ou toute la course, j’avais fait concurrence aux vaches🤢, nul doute que cette déception amplifie ma satisfaction aujourd’hui. Aux déçus accrochez-vous, demain sera meilleur! 👊🏼
Enfin, quelle journée de partage avec l’équipe, on l’a fait ensemble! 🥹
