After a 3 day tent installation, a storm on Friday night allowed unexpected amounts of water to pour into the tent.
While the couple spent the morning getting ready for the best day of their lives, completely relaxed and unaware of the water, our vendor team was hard at work behind the scenes cleaning, resetting, and making sure everything was ready in time.
Moments like this are exactly why hiring a trusted planner and vendor team matters so much. Your wedding day should be spent soaking in every moment, not worrying about what’s happening behind the scenes.

Our favorite tackle themed touch has to be that Taylor’s dad purchased and painted the boat that was displayed at the wedding.
The fish theme carried throughout the day in such a fun and intentional way, from fish escort cards for guests to the reception card in Caroline’s invitation suite, cocktail napkins that read “Taylor caught a keeper,” a cake adorned with fish details, and custom matchboxes for guests to take home.
