Small plate dining at the very top of its game! From the tuna to the halibut and lobster cream, and that chicken skin butter was a thing of absolute beauty!
We may have asked for bread on 3 occasions throughout the meal to mop up those mouthwatering flavours. The biggest compliment you could give a chef without licking the plate surly?
