By blending ancient artistic heritage with modern expression, I hope to inspire new perspectives on Tibetan culture while keeping its spiritual essence alive.

Yoga is a spiritual practice based on a highly subtle science that seeks to achieve harmony between the mind and body. It is the art and science of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. The word 'yoga' comes from the Sanskrit root 'yuj', which means 'to join', 'to yoke', or 'to combine'. According to the Yogic scriptures, yoga results in unionizing individual consciousness with global consciousness, implying complete harmony between mind and body, man and nature.
Vachananand, from a very young age, exhibited signs of a Yogi. Compassion and generosity came to him naturally. Swami Vachananand, a wandering monk, embarked on an unknown spiritual journey, visiting places of importance like Ujjain, Nasik, Allahabad, Varanasi, and Haridwar. Destiny took him to Rishikesh, where he systematically studied Yogic Science and Philosophy under the guidance of Swami Veda Bharathi, who himself was a disciple of Swami Rama of the Himalayas. Vachananand completed his rigorous training under the guidance of Guru Sri Marula Shankara Shivayogi and returned to his southern-Indian roots. With his ambition to make the world ‘yogamaya’, Shwaasa Guru is traveling around the world and tirelessly working towards teaching the world the benefits of leading a happier life through yogic spirituality.

Bhasha Sumbli is an Indian actress and assistant director, known for The Kashmir Files (2022). Started her career as theatre artist, later from her hard work grown up as a famous actress. In the Vivek Agnihotri-directed The Kashmir Files, she is well recognized for her performance as Sharda Pandit. Additionally, she appeared in the film Chhapaak as a supporting actor. Originally from Jammu and Kashmir, Sumbli hails from Sumbal. She has completed her acting course from National School of Drama, which is located in New Delhi. Sumbal, Jammu and Kashmir, is where Bhasha Sumbli was born and raised. Grown up in a refugee camp in very tough financial situation.
