First, our sweet little Le Beastro: we’ve always wanted it to feel like an intimate neighborhood wine bar — the kind of place you pop into for a glass and stay a little longer than you meant to. Starting in the new year, we’ll open at 5pm on Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday. Reservations are available, and walk-ins are always welcome. The menu is leaning more French (with a few English classics), plus great Washington cheeses and plenty of charcuterie.
And then there’s The Peasant - our most personal offering. We’ll be releasing just four dinners in January, and for now it will only happen when is available to cook. These menus take days to prepare and are technical, unusual, and always changing - the kind of dinner that doesn’t happen often, but is absolutely worth the wait.
After surviving the busiest December we’ve ever had, we’re excited to get back to what we do best: making great food and making people happy. We can’t wait to see you soon.
