In 2023, I was earning ₹1 lakh/month.

2. Other expenses [Utilities, Maintenance.]: ₹5,000
3. Care taker for cleaning: ₹5,000➡️
Total Monthly Expenses (including rent): ₹50,000👉
Now let’s calculate the REVENUE part:
1. Average nightly rate of a 2BHK: ₹4,000
2. Approx occupancy in a month: 70%
70%*30 days = 21 days
Monthly revenue = 4,000 * 21 = ₹84,000
Net Revenue = 84k -50k = ₹34,000
Now if you have 3 such apartments, you can lower down your costs + the net revenue would be 3x/month.I.e ₹34,000*3 = ₹1,02,000
