Born in rural Alberta, our small-town roots and family commitment have always governed our growth and success.
Our collective dreaming came to a realization in 1999 with the creation of Barefoot Venus. Weโre not sure how it came about, whether our talents were made manifest in the company or if each of our strengths developed into what the company needed. Perhaps a magical blend of both!
Our Mother and Father owned and operated a small second-hand store. At the time we werenโt particularly proud of it and bared the brunt of second-hand jokes. Fast forward twenty years and we attribute not only our โsoulpreneurโ drive, but many of our company ethos to the values our parents exemplified.
