Our ever-popular Heavyweight Fushiori Dark Blue is back in stock.

Although it carries the name “Heavyweight,” that description is relative to traditional apparel fabrics. At 7.7 oz, it is not excessively heavy and is even suitable for shirts.

Its moderate weight allows you to fully appreciate the rich nep texture and unique character of the fabric. Versatile and easy to work with, it is an excellent choice for a wide range of garments and accessories, from shirts and jackets to bags and other everyday items.

Black sashiko fabric arrived this morning, finally back in stock after quite some time.

This is a proper heavyweight sashiko fabric at 14.5oz / 490gsm, built with real durability and texture. In recent years, sashiko fabrics like this have been gaining more and more fans around the world.

However, due to the rising costs of dyes and production expenses, we unfortunately had to increase the price starting from this restock.

I truly appreciate your understanding and continued support.
The traditional hemp leaf (Asanoha) geometric sashiko fabric is finally back in stock after a long absence.
Honestly, it looks just as beautiful every time I see it.

At 12.6oz / approximately 430gsm, this heavyweight fabric is perfect for jackets, pants, and even bags. The rich texture and striking woven pattern make it ideal for creating pieces with real presence and character.

It has already been one-washed, so you can start sewing and crafting with it the moment it arrives.
Restock alert! “Komaka-midare”

While many kasuri patterns are being discontinued due to labor shortages and rising production costs, this particular kasuri is still being produced consistently.
At 180gsm / 5.3oz, it’s the perfect weight for shirts.

A rare opportunity to work with authentic Japanese kasuri fabric while it’s still available.
The two-color shirt perfectly matches our fabric brand concept of valuing texture and material character. The clean silhouette looks fantastic as well — definitely one to watch!

Our first Summer release of the year is now available for pre-order. Due to the small quantities and slow nature of this fabric production, the pre-order window will be open through the weekend or until fabric stock is sold out.

Without a doubt, this sashiko fabric is one of our best sellers. We have been shipping it to customers all over the world for more than 15 years, and have received a great deal of wonderful feedback. Its defining feature is the unique textured surface created by the dobby loom weaving process. Originally used for judo and kendo uniforms, sashiko fabric is now widely recognized in the apparel world, so it probably needs no introduction. Although it weighs around 12.4oz, the weave is not as densely packed as denim, giving it a soft and airy feel that makes it ideal for jackets and pants.

Thank you as always for your support.
We’ve just completed a new experimental fabric at the mill, an indigo cotton hemp stripe.

The color, texture, and overall hand feel have all turned out exceptionally well.
It strikes a perfect balance between structure and breathability, making it an ideal choice for shirting.

I’m confident this fabric will create incredibly comfortable and character-rich shirts that only get better with wear.

This fabric will be available soon on our website and Etsy.
But I’m open to wholesale inquiries.
