We went to Four Winds Christmas Tree Farm up on Skyline Blvd (Los Gatos). The drive is windy and narrow, but once you crest the hill and pull into this peaceful, family-run farm, it’s so worth it. Rows of Monterey pines, crisp mountain air, and plenty of space for the boys to run wild.
Trees are a flat $80 (any size!), saws and netting included — they even hand out free hot chocolate and cider. 🫶
🌲 Tips we learned for picking a good one:
• Look for flexible, healthy needles
• Check the shape from all sides (kids love helping with this!)
• Measure your ceiling before you fall in love with a 14-footer 😅
