1年間なんてあっという間だね、とよく言いますよね。本当にその通りだと思います。
昔の私は、日本に住むことさえ想像できませんでした。鎌倉に住むことも。ベーカリーを開くことも。自分を信じて挑戦することも。
でも、気づけば私たちはここまで来ました。
この1年は決して簡単ではありませんでした。何度も試され、引き伸ばされ、正直くたくたになる日もありました。でも同時に、私がずっと探していたものを与えてくれました。それは「コミュニティ」です。
長い行列でも、笑顔で待っていてくれる姿を見るたびに、本当に胸がいっぱいになります。
最初のお客様が花束を持って来てくださった瞬間、あの緊張がすっと溶けていきました。
私たちはまだまだ完璧ではありません。失敗もしますし、今も学びの途中です。

When I first tasted it, it immediately reminded me of purslane, but milder.
I wanted to really focus on the texture, so I kept it simple and mixed it with garlic yogurt.
That’s when it took me straight back to what my mom used to make: yoğurtlu semizotu.
Such a simple mix, but those tiny droplets popping with every bite that’s what made it a mind blowing find 🫧
Moments like this make me so happy to live here and keep discovering and having seasonal treasures also just found out that Japan produces kiwi 🥝 and the same guy sells the best tomato I’ve had in my whole life. Also タアサイ is something I just discovered.
I bought it simply because it was so beautiful, just like a flower.
Can’t wait to experiment more with seasonal vegetables and share all of this with you guys at one day 🥹🐛
Now at 35, I’m learning to slow down, to meet my true self, to live in rhythm with nature, get bored and to let time move gently through me.
Growing older feels like softening and I love that.
