私はゴツゴツかっこいいのも好き
シナモンレーズンはほんとに手のかかるベーグルで
少し間違うと発酵はしないし
同じ分量でもレーズンが多いとベーグル自体が小さくなってしまうし。
とにかく他のベーグルより手のかかるやつなんです。
でも
こんなふうに高さも出て、ゴツゴツで美味しそうに焼けてくれたら「あら〜ビジュ最高やん！！」と言いたくなってしまう。
味ももちろんですがやっぱり見た目もそそらなきゃ😍
甲斐市にあるタケイコーヒーさんに相談し一年半かけて私好みのコーヒーが完成しました😍
濃いコーヒーも美味しいのですが、私みたいにゴクゴク飲みたい人には浅煎りの方が飲みやすいんです。
でもコーヒーは浅くなるほど酸味が残ってしまいそれも私はあんまり好きではないというワガママぶり🙂

朝は早くに出たのですが並んではダメとの事で9:30に到着
そこから降らないはずの雨と一緒に並びました☂️
やっとお店に入れたのが14:30
Bagelサンドにありつけたのは15:15
一時はベーグルが底をつくかもしれないという恐怖と戦いながら待ちましたが無事ゲットすることができました！

サワードゥで24時間発酵のNYBagelにしては珍しい作り方
硬いとかむっちりとかじゃなくて
「バリバリ」
クラスト見たらわかる。

小麦の香り、香ばしさ、甘み、バリバリ食感、全てかパーフェクト！(らぶ🫶)
サンドは
爽やかなフレッシュトマトとオリーブオイル
白身魚のフィリングにキュウリとたっぷりのディルとレモン汁は今まで食べたことのない爽やかさと白身魚の味はしっかりした濃厚さとオシャンティなディルのシンプルなんだけど存在感バッチリなサンド
王道スモークサーモンはわたしの理想のサーモン&ケッパー&オニオン&ディル
これは皆さんわかりますよね🙂↕️💕
最後のあんバターは食べる前に「日本人なんだからあんバターはいらないでしょ。味わかるもん」と旦那と話してましたが、前言撤回。もう、土下座する🙇♀️🙇♂️
バリバリの生地が今度はパイ生地のようで
パンじゃなくてほんとにデザート。
あんこも豆感たっぷりのつぶあんに多分塩気たっぷりの加塩バター。(Taoも加塩バター)
そしてオープンサンドなのでシェアしたのですが
1人2個のベーグルを食べたことになりますが
そんな重さもなくちょうど良い量でした🫶
これは5時間半並ぶ価値のあるベーグルでした🥯
