Ingrédients:
115 g de beurre
50 g de sucre
100 g de sucre brun
1 œuf
1 c. à café de pâte de vanille
160 g de farine
1 c. à café de levure chimique
½ c. à café de sel
1 c. à soupe de pépites de chocolat
1 c. à soupe de morceaux de caramel
Préparation:
- Faites fondre le beurre dans une casserole à feu moyen jusqu’à ce qu’il prenne une belle couleur dorée,
- Mélangez le beurre fondu avec les sucres et laissez tiédir,
- Ajoutez l’œuf et la vanille, puis battez jusqu’à obtenir un mélange mousseux,
- Incorporez les ingrédients secs. Si la pâte est trop collante, ajoutez un peu de farine,
Ajoutez les pépites de chocolat et les morceaux de caramel,
- Formez 6 boules de pâte de taille identique et déposez quelques morceaux de caramel,
- Placez les boules au congélateur pendant environ 10 minutes pour qu’elles ne s’étalent pas trop à la cuisson,
- Faites cuire les cookies dans un four préchauffé à 175°C pendant 12 à 15 minutes.
