🔸Saat 11.00’de, Thich Naht Than’ın tarifi ile ‘Gerçek Sevginin 4 Kaidesi’ üzerine konuşarak başlayacağımız atölyede Thai Yoga Masajının teknik prensiplerini (Hara, Posture, Participation, Gravity....) sanatsal, duygusal formlarını ve içerisindeki bütün güzellikleri olabildiği kadar paylaşmak istiyoruz.
🔸Teori kısmından sonra masaj pratiğimize destek olması ve bedeni hazırlaması için 45 dakikalık Pozisyon temelli MOBILITY bölümü ile devam edeceğiz.
Bu bölüm, temel prensiplerden; merkez ve ağırlık transferini deneyimlemek açısından önemli olacak.
🔸Thai Yoga Masaj akışına geçtiğimizde ise sırayla ‘alan’ ve ‘veren’ olacağımız 1’er saatlik akışlar kurguladık.
🔸Vereceğimiz 10’ar dakikalık ufak molalar ile toplamda 3.5 saat sürecek atolye hakkında bilgi almak için bana veya Ateş’e yazabilirsiniz.
