As a little girl with bright red hair, my first years weren’t the easiest. I was deeply sensitive, and spent a lot of time escaping into my own imagination.

I think when you struggle to fit in as a child, you learn to build your own little worlds instead. Mine were filled with painting, storytelling, colour and endless imagination.
Over the years, painting turned into watercolor still life art, watercolours turned into workshops, and somewhere along the way Atelier Florentine was born: a wallpaper brand built entirely around the belief that kids deserve rooms where they feel safe, cosy, and free to get completely lost in their own imagination. 🤍
