I teach so many yoga classes at this point it’s become second nature….but adding the weights and bands and being intentional about what specific poses and reps to create was a challenge…in the best way. Taught my last class of the year and whew—what a year it’s been. 47 classes. 4 states. Wellness Fests. Private clients. Countless flows, so many ups and downs, moving to a new studio home, etc.. From city to city, y’all showed UP and showed me love, and I’m forever grateful. 🥹
This year stretched me, strengthened me, and reminded me why I do this.

But then they come and are always surprised that it’s a real workout! 💪🏾 We get busy every single class. Yoga is similar to weight training being that you are carrying weight, it’s just your own. We wake up muscles, opening up hips, hold planks, all while listening to our favorite rap and R&B jams 🎶🧘🏽♀️
