If you’re new here - I wanted to re-introduce myself and share the origin story of Ascension Crystals 💚
My name is Ash, I’m the owner here at Ascension Crystals. The crystals are my family - I know them, and they know me. We’ve had a very special thing going for about 20 years now. I have two angel pups, Sweetie and Sunny Tucker who are the lights of my life ☀️ I love these crystals, I love to read, I live for soup season and sunsets, music is my medicine, but most of all I love God.
(I can understand for some maybe that word doesn’t feel optimal for you. God. Perhaps Creator, Source, Great Spirit, you are invited to envision it how you will. But this is my story. And I believe in God, and I live my life for God).
God is the reason Ascension Crystals is alive. In February of 2021, I had just gotten out of a dark time and I felt far from God. I prayed fervently for a week straight and asked God to use me, however he saw fit, and I would do whatever he asked. These were deeply honest and intense prayers.
One evening I did what I often do and prepared a special crystal healing session for myself and behold! The most amazing vision I’ve ever had sprung to life inside of my third eye and started a fire inside of my heart.
The vision was so REAL. I saw the store. I felt the store. I could *smell* the store. It felt like a deep breath. It felt like home. I had always wanted to open a crystal store, but it felt like a far off dream. Not something I was ever sure I could make happen.
Well the next morning, I heard a voice tell me to look online for a space. There was a space available in Old Town! I beelined it over to Nikki Zabicki’s shop and told her what happened. And I remember asking her what I should do. She said DO IT! Which was great because most of the other people I shared this with told me NOT to do it. (Thank you Nikki 💚) Within a week I was signing a lease. I didn’t even know what I was doing yet, but the owner of the building believed in my vision (Thank you Tamara).
