Momenti in cui diventa evidente quanto cultura, ospitalità, identità e crescita economica siano elementi profondamente legati tra loro.
Per questo ho avuto il piacere di partecipare a “Roadmap del Futuro per il Food & Beverage”, l’evento organizzato da dedicato alle prospettive di sviluppo del comparto e alle opportunità generate dai grandi eventi internazionali.
Nel corso del panel “Milano-Cortina 2026: il ruolo delle Olimpiadi per la competitività del territorio” ho condiviso il confronto con, Assessore agli Enti Locali, Montagna e Piccoli Comuni di Regione Lombardia,, Vice Presidente Vicario CONI e Chief Strategy Planning & Legacy Officer della Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026, e, straordinaria interprete dello sport italiano e atleta più medagliata nella storia olimpica del nostro Paese.
Da valtellinese e da cuoco, credo che Milano-Cortina 2026 rappresenti un’opportunità importante per raccontare al mondo ciò che rende unici i nostri territori: le montagne, le tradizioni, i produttori, l’artigianato, l’ospitalità e quella cultura del fare che da sempre caratterizza queste comunità.
La vera sfida, però, sarà trasformare la visibilità di un grande evento in un’eredità duratura. Fare in modo che l’attenzione internazionale si traduca in nuove opportunità, investimenti, crescita e valorizzazione per chi vive e lavora ogni giorno in questi luoghi.
