1/2 cenoura
1 colher de alho triturado
1 pimenta dedo de moça (sem as sementes)

MODO DE FAZER:
Em uma frigideira aqueça manteiga e grelhe as rodelas de abobrinhas e reserve.
Na panela de pressão: 7 tomates, meia cebola grande, meia cenoura, cubra com água e leve ao fogo, deixe cozinhar por apenas 10 minutos após pegar pressão e desligue. Feito isso, bata no liquidificador e reserve.
COMEÇANDO A MOQUECA:
Aqueça o azeite e frite o alho, acrescente a outra meia cebola grande cortada bem miudinha, e as mini cebolas cortadas em pétalas, deixe refogar um pouquinho, em seguida coloque 1 tomate picadinho e os pimentões, não se esqueça da pimentinha dedo de moça. Após, adicione as rodelas de abobrinha grelhadas, em seguida o molho de tomate e deixe ferver. Agora depois da fervura já pode colocar o palmito e as bananas, cortados em rodelas, o coentro, e por último 1 colher de sobremesa de azeite de dendê, acerte o sal e deixe ferver por mais 5 minutinhos.
