Base
• 1 ovo
• 7 colheres de sopa de castanha moída
• 2 colheres de sopa de aveia
Modo de preparo da base:
1. Misture todos os ingredientes até formar uma massa homogênea.
2. Deixe descansar por 10 minutos.
3. O ponto ideal é quando a massa solta das mãos, ficando modelável e levemente firme.
Recheio
• ½ xícara de ricota
• ½ xícara de iogurte natural
• 4 colheres de sopa de mel
• ½ colher de chá de essência de baunilha
• 40 g de chocolate derretido
Modo de preparo do recheio:
1. Misture ou bata a ricota com o iogurte até obter um creme liso.
2. Adicione o mel e a baunilha.
3. Incorpore o chocolate derretido (morno).
4. Misture bem até ficar cremoso e homogêneo.
Montagem
1. Coloque a base em uma refratária própria para forno, pressionando bem.
2. Leve ao forno a 180°C por 15 minutos.
3. Retire do forno e deixe esfriar levemente.
4. Acrescente o recheio sobre a base já assada.
5. Leve à geladeira por pelo menos 2–3 horas para firmar.
