Nos generamos un trauma a veces y no aprendemos nada de la situaciΓ³n, asΓ como tampoco aceptamos que es normal no tener control sobre lo que pasa y que a veces las cosas pueden salir de maneras inesperadas.
Si aprendiΓ©ramos a tranquilizarnos ante la adversidad y tratar de ver la situaciΓ³n mΓ‘s claramente sin reaccionar, tendrΓamos siempre mejores posibilidades de afrontar lo que nos estΓ‘ sucediendo y manejarlo de una manera mΓ‘s positiva para nosotros, aunque sea salir con la frente en alto.
De igual forma cuando las cosas "estΓ‘n saliendo bien", si nos dejamos llevar por la reacciΓ³n de alto placer y la convertimos en un anhelo a que siempre sea asΓ, se puede convertir en un apego a que las cosas siempre pasen de cierta manera y eso en sΓ, es una manera de querer tener control sobre la situaciΓ³n, algo que es en realidad una ilusiΓ³n, porque quΓ© pasa si la prΓ³xima vez no resulta como querΓamos?
Cualquiera de las reacciones nos pueden llevar a la miseria. Sintamos cada momento en su totalidad, pero separΓ©monos de esa reacciΓ³n que nos causa aversiΓ³n o esa que nos causa anhelo y apego.
La ecuanimidad es la capacidad de mantenerse en un estado de Γ‘nimo estable ante las diferentes situaciones de la vida. Es una fortaleza y una virtud lograrlo, una gran herramienta para atravesar las situaciones que debemos pasar.
