Hinterher sind wir alle schlauer, die Kämpfe sind wie Börsengänge. Es wird viel spekuliert und am Ende heißt es hätte ich doch, wäre doch, wusste ich doch. Ich gratuliere für seine starke Leistung und fair verdienten Sieg. Ich finde, dass Aleksandr sich wie ein echter Sportsmann verhalten hat und seine Qualitäten für sich sprechen.
Ich mache mir viel Gedanken über den Verlauf des Kampfes und merke am Ende, dass jeder seine eigene Wahrnehmung und Meinung dazu hat. Selbst bei diesem für mich scheinbar negativen Verlauf empfinde ich eine tiefgreifende Dankbarkeit. Ich bin dankbar, wenn ich siege und auch wenn ich verliere, danke Allah. Ich möchte gleichzeitig diese Chance nutzen um all meinen Sponsoren zu danken, die mich unterstützen und mir beistehen.
Ich habe einige Punkte die ich hier aufzählen könnte, jedoch werde ich hier nicht auf alle eingehen können. Kennt ihr das Gefühl in eine Prüfung zu gehen, sei es in der Schule oder sonst wo, und ihr seid froh, dass es vorbei ist, egal ob gut oder schlecht gelaufen? Die Vorbereitung hat mich viel Energie und Kraft gekostet, das Weight cut, die Kämpfe hintereinander weg hatten ein psychischen Druck bei mir ausgelöst, welches ich in der Vorbereitung nicht akzeptieren wollte. Ich dachte mir, dass das doch normal sei und hab das runtergeschluckt. Leute, es gibt keine universelle Formel, wie es für jeden funktioniert. Macht eure eigenen Erfahrungen, hört auf euren Körper und genießt den Weg dorthin. Weight cut 13 kg? Für manche funktioniert es, für manche nicht. Er trainiert lieber 3x am Tag? Für manche funktioniert es, für manche nicht. Ruhetag 1x oder 3x die Woche? Der eine so der andere so. Ich meine wir sind alle individuell und müssen selber unseren Weg finden. Ich bin guter Dinge und möchte euch diese Transparenz anbieten, damit ihr daraus etwas für euch mitnehmen könnt. Ich fühle mich tatsächlich wie ein Gewinner, #ungelogen.
