یه روز، پشت ویترین یه مغازه یه آدیداس پِریدیاتور سفید دیدم؛ همون لحظه دلم رفت براش. رفتم داخل قیمتشو پرسیدم. صاحب مغازه یه نگاهی با اکراه به پام کرد و گفت:
«این واسه پای تو بزرگه…»
گفتم: «اشکال نداره، روزنامه میذارم پشتش تا پام بزرگ بشه. چند هست حالا؟»
گفت: «۵۵ هزار تومن.»
اون موقع واقعاً پول زیادی بود. بعد رو به همکارش گفت: «این همون استوکیه که خودم از دبی آوردم. فقط دوتا آوردم. یه جفتشو دادم به فلانی»—اسم یکی از بازیکنای فجر سپاسی اون موقع رو گفت «این یکی هم پشت ویترینه.»
برگشتم خونه، نشستم حسابکتاب کردم. دیدم اگه روزی ۵۰۰ تومن پولتوجیبی مدرسه رو کنار بذارم، شاید سه چهار ماه دیگه بتونم بخرمش.
از همون روز دیگه تو مدرسه هیچچیز نخوردم. همه رو جمع میکردم. هفتهای یکیدو بار هم میرفتم پشت ویترین فقط نگاهش میکردم و دلگرم میشدم که هستش.
وقتی حدود ۴۵ هزار تومن جمع کرده بودم، رفتم شاید یه تخفیف بده، ولی هرچی گفتم تخفیف نداد. گفتم باشه، دوباره میام.
آخرین روز که پولم شد دقیقاً ۵۵ هزار تومن، از مدرسه دویدم خونه، کیف انداختم و رفتم سمت مغازه.
رسیدم دیدم برخلاف همیشه کفش پشت ویترین نیست... رفتم داخل، فهمیدم فروختنش.
فکر کنم اولین شکست جدی زندگیمو همونجا تجربه کردم.
بعدها که اوضاع خیلی فرق کرده بود و فوتبالیست شده بودم ، همه کفشهامو از آدیداس کاستوم بیلد سفارش میدادم( اداهای جوانی که مثلا این کفش فقط پای من باشه و بازیکن دیگه ای نداشته باشه )ولی با اینکه یه کالکشن کامل از بهترین استوکهای آدیداس داشتم، هیچوقت فکر اون پریدیاتور سفید پاساژ کازرونیها از سرم بیرون نرفت؛ حتی با اینکه احتمالاً اورجینال هم نبود.

هر چیزی قشنگیش به زمانشه. باید همون موقع اتفاق بیفته… چه کفش، چه رابطه، چه آدمها، چه هر چیز دیگهای....
