Este post es para todos y para cada una de esas personas que pueda necesitar una mano en este momento, de forma altruista y con la única intención de devolver un poquito de todo lo que he tenido la suerte de recibir del universo (sí ya sé suena un poco místico todo, pero la más pura verdad es que somos energía)
Cuando estás abajo, muchas veces y para colmo, nos preocupa además pedir ayuda o dejarse ayudar, y creo que es una de las lecciones más bonitas que me ha regalado este proceso de crecimiento, pero para ello es vital tener en cuenta lo siguiente:
Lo primero, escúchate a tí antes que a nadie, conviértete por un momento en ese amigo al que le ayudarías incondicionalmente (sabes que lo harías con todo el placer del mundo), y una vez en ese rol entiende realmente lo que te sucede, hazte miles de preguntas, (ninguna pregunta o idea es tonta, a veces de la línea de pensamiento más absurdo salen soluciones brillantes). Tómatelo como un reto y no pares hasta que entiendas qué necesitas.
Quiero hacer énfasis en lo importante que es este punto, no dedicarte ese tiempo de autoconocimiento puede ralentizar todo el proceso de salir a flote porque no entendemos nosotros mismos lo que queremos, lo que nos sucede, y es como necesitar que te abrazos pero pidas bofetadas…. Necesitar crema para las manos pero obtener pasta dental, querer amor y recibir dinero, etc … creo que me explico
Lo segundo, no hay que sentir vergüenza por mostrarte vulnerable, efectivamente a quién no le importas podrá opinar lo que quiera, bien, mal, da lo mismo, ese es un ruido que no tienes que escuchar, concéntrate en pedirte ayuda a tí mismo y a tu círculo cercano, a esos incondicionales que están deseosos de poder ayudarte y verte feliz, y por ello el punto 1 es tan importante, tienes que tener claro lo que necesitas.

Lo cierto es que he escogido esta frase porque evidentemente llevo más de un año sin publicar nada. Ha sido un año duro, raro, y sui generis para todos; y entre tanto ruido, caos e información desinformada decidí no saturar las voces sin tener algo importante que decir o compartir...
Sin embargo hoy decidí romper el silencio porque lo único que quiero y estoy seguro que tú también es regresar a la normalidad; esta vez respetándola, valorándola y sintiendo lo maravilloso que es este aprendizaje para entender la suerte que tenemos y comenzar a vivir siendo coherente y luchando aún con más ilusión por conseguir metas y disfrutar cada día con alegría y agradecimiento, e intentando mejorar dentro de mi entorno la vida de quienes se cruzan en mi camino para aportar mi granito de arena en este cambio.
Por eso, solo quiero desearte un día lleno de alegría, y que en la medida de lo posible te escuches y cambies lo que no te haga feliz.

Hace escasas dos semanas de su partida y este vacío que hoy siento, quiero llenarlo de buenos recuerdos, de su fuerza y ternura, sus sabios consejos que resuenan aunque no quiera, pero sobre todo de ese amor inagotable y dedicado que me hacía despertar cada día con una sonrisa..
En su honor, me gustaría compartir contigo las primeras imágenes que me hicieron descubrir en la fotografía un canal de expresión y conexión, una pasión y un camino que retomé hace sólo unos años cuando la vida me llevó a perder el miedo y volver a nacer. Allí estuvo él, la primera y la segunda vez animándome a creer. No puedo explicarlo, no sé cómo se las ingenia pero hoy lo siento igual otra vez.

Esta serie - mi primer proyecto fotográfico en aquellos tiempos analógicos donde no existía photoshop sino la emoción de un revelado - le muestra a él, enfrentándose al cambio, al miedo, a la duda, a las inseguridades, a la burla, a la manipulación, al dolor, y a la autodestrucción; cuando fracasamos, cuando perdemos, cuando la culpa y tristeza nos ciega, cuando las circunstancias nos empujan a un cambio que no deseamos, es cuando todos, por un instante, reencontramos esa llama interior que nos permite avanzar y renacer como ave fénix,…aunque duela.

It’s been a while since I finally understood I came to this life to enjoy the beauty in small details that I used to dismiss by constant rushing.
