Preheat oven according to puff pastry directions. Cut puff pastry into 6 equal rectangles. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place 3-4 pepperoni in 6 piles. Cut 1 inch cubes of mozzarella and place on top. Cover with pizza sauce. Cover with puff pastry. Brush pastry with egg wash, then sprinkle with salt, pepper and Italian seasoning.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden and crispy. Remove from oven, flip over and drizzle with hot honey.

What you’ll need:
1 banana
1 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup peanut butter
2 tbsp raw honey
1/4 cup chocolate chips
(Optional) sprinkle flaky sea salt
In a medium bowl, mash a banana. Add peanut butter and honey, stir well. Mix in the oats, then fold the chocolate chips in. Bake at 375F for 8-10 minutes.
Remove from oven and smush down with a fork to create cookie shape. Sprinkle with sea salt and enjoy!
