Launch day…Yahooooo. Could not have asked for a better project. It was a total team collabration.

The team always brings the energy and getting to create alongside my buddy I went to pre-school with, the video master, Cory Williams is always a huge bonus.

Massive shoutout to Mark and Trish from - total pros, good peeps and an absolute joy to work with.

I’m already fired up for the next Airstream adventure. Link in bio to the goods!
One Sunset▪️ One City ▪️ Dresden, Germany.
A World Heritage Site, this city is shaped by centuries of history, Dresden has long been known as the “Florence on the Elbe,” celebrated for its Baroque and Renaissance architecture, cultural ambition, and craftsmanship. It’s home to some of the finest porcelain any where in the world, composer Richard Wagner composed several of his iconic works there, it’s also home to the oldest Christmas fruit cake called “the Stollen” they’ve been baking it since the 15th century. Much of the city was lost during World War II, then painstakingly rebuilt stone by stone, turning the city itself into a testament to memory, resilience, and care.

That care was on full display during a sunset shoot while I was visiting. Photographing Dresden during a single sunset felt almost unreal. As the sky shifted through deep reds, burnt oranges, glowing yellows, and soft purples, the city’s architecture absorbed and reflected every change in light. The scale, detail, and age of these buildings are unlike anything found in the United States. There is nothing remotely close to this concentration of historic architecture, rebuilt with such care, existing as part of everyday urban life. In that brief window of light, the city felt timeless, monumental, and quietly alive.
Anyone been to Dresden?

It’s officially after Thanksgiving right…😬

Big thanks to for getting me in the gift guide this year. Happy to share the space with my favorite and. It’s both a blessing and an honor!

December issue is out now! Ho Ho Ho and stuff!
Zaha Hadid’s Spittelau Viaducts Housing project is one of those rare works that feels both futuristic and rooted in the city’s history. Built directly into the arches of an old railway viaduct in Vienna, it transforms leftover urban space into bold, livable architecture consisting of apartments, offices and artist’s studios. The sweeping lines, unexpected curves, and interplay of concrete and light show Hadid’s gift for turning constraints into striking design. A reminder that even the most overlooked spaces can become places of life, creativity, and connection. Completed in 2005.
It’s officially official people. Meet No139 of the #500fllwproject. Yahoooo.

Frank Lloyd Wright’s Dorothy H. Turkel House – Built in 1955 in Detroit, this is Wright’s only realized design in the city and a rare example of his large-scale Usonian Automatic homes.

Big thanks to the owners!

Following a five-year, $1.1 million restoration project, the Hillside Theater at is a STUNNER.
Every August I head out to the driftless valley of Wisconsin to teach a few workshops and to photograph the Taliesin Estate. For the past few years, I have focused on individual sites on the estate instead of trying to photograph it all. Last year was the drafting studio. This year? It was the theater.
When I say “focused” I do mean capturing it through my camera of course but that word also means experiencing the space without my camera, sitting quietly and taking in the space.
My biggest takeaway from this space after its restoration? That it was done in a way that kept “the spirit” of the space unchanged. You can have the most perfect, most beautiful space but if you restore the spirit out of the space it’s not worth it, especially in a Wright design. Massive applause and THANK YOU to both and for restoring this historic space and keeping the “Wright” spirit inside alive for all to experience. Sorry for the pun, it was necessary:)
Did Frank Lloyd Wright create America's greatest office? Its signature element is 60 21-foot-tall columns that fill its famous half-acre open “Great Workroom” at! The columns are supposed to represent lily pads, giving the space a lightful (I just made up that word) and airy feel to it! I've photographed it a few times and it’s grandeur and geometric balance never disappoints....and don't even get me started on the light in there 🤯 I'm not quite ready to give up my photography lifestyle for an office but if I was...🙃 Has anyone ever talk to someone who actually worked in the space?
