I wrote to a salon I thought was super cool, literally just throwing the idea out there. No expectations. I just wanted to do hair, because that’s my biggest passion in life… and because I love meeting people, learning their stories, feeling the culture, seeing how entrepreneurs move in different places.
They answered right away: “Sí, ven. Let’s make it happen.”
It was that simple.
I showed up, met with the team, and instantly felt at home. They’re insanely talented, warm, generous. They set up a whole station for me, let me do my thing, let me cut my friend’s hair, and we just had the best time in that space really!
I realized it doesn’t have to be complicated.
