Cheese board comprises of items having rich, intense and with deep flavours.
It is challenging task to pick cheese given the normal and aged options in some. Took me a while to have understand on the flavour profiles of 4-types of cheese I picked today. (Camembert, Goat, Edam & Cheddar cheese)

Ingredients:
Dough:
All purpose Flour 1.5 cups
Yeast 6 gms
Salt 1 Tsp
Sugar 1/2 Tsp
Milk 1/4 cup
Oil 2-3 Tbs
Warm Water 3-4 Tbs or as required
Chicken Filling:
- Oil 1 Tbs
- Onion Chopped 1 medium
- Chopped garlic 1 Tbs
- Green chilli 1 chopped
- Chicken(boiled and shredded) 1 & ½ cups
- Salt 1 tsp or to taste
- Black pepper powder ½ tsp
- White pepper powder½ tsp
- All-purpose flour 2 tbs
- Butter 1 Tbs
- Milk ½ Cup
- Egg wash(2 eggs+2 Tbs milk)
- Nigella seeds/sesame seeds optional
Directions(Dough):
1. In a bowl, add all the ingredients of dough and mix well.
2. Now knead and cover for 1 and 1/2 hr at any warm place.
3. Now knead again and cover again for 30mins.
4. Ready to roll.
Directions(Chicken Filling)
1. In frying pan, add butter and onion, fry until translucent.
2. Add garlic and fry.
3. Add all-purpose flour, milk, spices and mix well for 2 minutes. Then add green chillies.
4. Add boiled shredded chicken. Give it a good mix.
5. Mix until mixture is dried, set aside and let it cool.
Chicken Bread Directions:
1. Roll out the dough into a oval/rectangular shape.
2. Place the chicken filling in centre of the dough.
3. Make cuts on both sides of the dough.
4. Now start bringing the top most slit ends across each other.
5. Use alternate slits from left to right.
6. Brush with egg wash(egg+milk).
7. Sprinkle nigella seeds and sesame seeds.
8. Preheat oven at 180 C. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
9. Enjoy!

Condensed Milk 1/2 tin(200gms)
Cocoa Powder 2 Tbs
Crushed biscuits(Marie/Digestive) 12-15
Shredded coconut as required
Method:
1. Mix condensed milk and cocoa powder together and then add crushed biscuits and mix well or until the mixture is dried.
2. Make balls by hand.
3. Dip in shredded coconut.
4. Keep it in the refrigerator for 20mins to set.
5. Enjoy 😉

- Butter (at room temperature/melted) 1/2 cup
- White Sugar 1/4 cup
- Brown Sugar 1/4 cup
- Egg 1 large
- Vanilla Extract 1 tsp
- Self raising flour 1 1/2 cup
Or (all purpose flour 1 1/2)+Baking soda 1/2 tsp)
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Chocolate chips 1 cup
Directions:
- In a bowl, add butter, white caster sugar and beat well.
- Add brown sugar and beat.
- Then egg and vanilla extract, beat again.
- Now add dry ingredients flour and salt, beat well.
- At the end, add chocolate chips and mix.
- Cover and refrigerate dough at least 30 minutes.
- Drop cookie dough with scoop/spoon on a baking tray with butter paper on it.
- Bake for 15- 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool for few minutes.
- Enjoy!
