Nell’agosto 2021 inizia un lungo percorso di psicoterapia che mi porta alla diagnosi di un disturbo “DIG - Disforia di Genere”: L'incongruenza di genere è il malessere percepito da un individuo che non si riconosce nel proprio sesso fenotipico di nascita.
Ebbene si, sono proprio io nella foto, vivere nel buio con una sofferenza che metteva in discussione l’amore per il me esteriore. Oggi abbraccio questo mio lato e me lo vivo con una consapevolezza e quotidianità differente.
In primis ringraziare la Dott.ssa Federica Borroni che mi segue in questo percorso da oltre un anno e senza il suo aiuto tante cose sarebbero ancora incomprese. I professori dolcissimi e disponibili della quinta liceo che mi hanno permesso di diplomarmi senza difficoltà, La mie amiche, Sara, Rebecca, Michela, Francesca, Gaia, Giacomo, Eleonora… e poi Nicola, senza di lui tutto ciò non avrebbe avuto sviluppo ma solo sofferenza. Un grazie anche alla mia famiglia, comprendo la difficoltà di comprensione verso delle tematiche così delicate ma è il bene che mi contraddistingue che ha dato una forza non indifferente verso questo percorso ❤️
