I always begin my classes by sharing my intention with the group—warming up the body while focusing on specific technical concepts like placement, finding the internal axis, and how it connects to the breath.

The same old, but beautiful tune of contraction and expansion, inhale and exhale—not letting the mind lead, but allowing the breath to guide us into our bodies.

Then we move into some floorwork or jumping exercises that help us feel gravitational energy.
We finish with a short combo—beautifully performed by this group, as seen in the last slide.
