I have no issues in saying βnoβ and also to challenge and disagree, not because I know it better, but because I always need to understand what I am saying βyesβ to.

Well we live in a hierarchical society and often are told what to do, rather than explained why it has to be done this way.
I believe a lot of people fall into this trap of trying to be βgoodβ or showing their loyalty by saying βyesβ to everything that are told to do.
You see, nodding and saying yes to everything doesnβt make you a good human, it makes you a good solver may be, it takes away your mental ability to think before you agree to anything.
I am a very sociable person and make connections easily, I genuinely fully emotionally invested when I interact with people and usually leave a lasting impression, not because I am amazing or better than someone else - I am just being genuine myself and not afraid to give my opinion and, I also donβt expect people to agree with me all the time.
It is ok to question the reasons and make your own assumptions, the one that feels right for you.
Relying on your own intuition and your own moral compass before agreeing to anything is a must for me.
I really donβt care if some people might think I am being difficult or a βdivaβ, it is their perception of me and they are totally entitled to their opinion, but I have my standards and I am not willing to compromise on them.
I also have no issue in accepting criticism, as long as it is constructive and not based on emotions or other personal reasons.
I am far from perfect and I still learn and improve every day to become a better human.
Emotional intelligence, humanity and kindness is what will separate the best from the rest at the end!

Exactly a year ago I have left my very secure and comfortable place of work for something new, something challenging and potentially a venture that could have gone either way.
I could have crumbled under the pressure and potentially failed, but quitting is never an option for me and I can honestly say Iβm grateful for all the challenges that have come my way this year, because they have only made me stronger, more resilient and more determined to succeed!
Year on, I know I have made a right decision with my career move and I know, next year will bring more success, as the ground work has already been done this year.
I had a discussion recently with a friend of mine about would I like to slow down at some point in the near future, do I really need to work this hard? Well, I donβt want to work myself to the ground, thatβs for sure, but I am also not planning on really slowing down, may be just a touch:)
I am searching for that holly grail of work /life balance. I have so many more ambitious to fulfill and so many goals to achieve, I still donβt think I have reached the peak in my career & I still think I have time to do so.
In a couple of hours I will be welcoming 2026 in the company of my beautiful family, with grateful heart, happy smile, glass of bubbly and a fabulous Siglo 6 cigar in my hand, thank you for this new year gift!

2025 has been quite a year, so many highs and a few lows, I have learned new things about myself and how resilient and driven I actually am.
I look forward to new exciting 2026, which is promising to be busy, productive, challenging but yet rewarding.
This year I have learned that it is ok to change your mind, change your perspective and even change people around you to start the year on a high, life is a constant journey of success & by exploring new avenues you can reach so much more!
I have also realised that it is not just about success, your family, your friends and loved ones are true core of your happiness and your inner peace, without them your success is worthless.
This year I have lost a friend that I dearly miss and it feel sad I will never see her again, moments like this make you realize that life is a gift and we need to live it to the fullest.
Happiness isnβt always about more. Sometimes itβs about appreciating what already exists.
For 2026 I wish to have more quality over quantity, less comparison & pressure. To be present in every moment and to enjoy life, sharing it with people who always have my back, no matter what.
I look forward to have as much fun as possible in 2026, enjoy great cigars and meaningful conversations, also spend more time with my family & friends, I look forward to another potentially great year for my career and I look forward to meet new people, make long lasting connections and to be truly alive.

They always short of food, beds, etcβ¦. Or just go and take a dog or two for a walk, you will make their day and who knows, may be you will decide to adopt one!
My Hugo Boss dog came from and they always have some wonderful dogs who in need of human love and care.
Pitbulls are the kindest and the most loyal dogs you ever find and so many of them are overlooked because of stereotypes. They are the sweetest and most loving souls!
