Yesterday we celebrated Boleros y Sabores - Second Edition at and it was truly magical. From the very beginning, the atmosphere was filled with warmth, laughter, and connection.
We kicked off with a lovely networking session and interactive activities that brought everyone together-it felt like one big family. Each guest had the chance to share about themselves and their work, creating such a beautiful spirit of community.
Then came the perfect harmony of music and gastronomy: the soulful & romantic vibes of the Angelica Lopez Trio blended seamlessly with the exquisite 3-course menu crafted by the talented. Every dish was a masterpiece, every note a delight.
We are deeply grateful to Paladar for opening its doors with such love and excellence, to Chef José Rubio for his creativity, and to the entire staff, whose kindness and professionalism made everyone feel at home. A special mention goes to Tyler, one of the founders of Paladar, who, even while unwell, was present making sure everything ran perfectly-thank you for your dedication and heart.
