One of mine this year is moving my body at least 3 times a week, but not just strength training. I want to try things I enjoy (or might enjoy). There’s been a lot of talk in starting Reformer Pilates recently with some friends, so here’s to giving that a go! 😅🧘🏼♂️
If you’re thinking about change this year, try not to go all-in straight away. Big goals + January energy = burnout by week three 😩
Starting small works better:
🙌 Home workouts if the gym feels intimidating
🙌 Being a bit more mindful with food
🙌 A walk with a mate or to a good playlist 🎧
Nobody needs to sprint through January. Small steps, done consistently are what actually last.
