I was treated to a one hour massage followed by a one hour facial and honestly… I didn’t realise how badly I needed it until it was over. It was the perfect way to slow down for a couple of hours and properly switch off.
I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and far more recovered than when I walked in.
It’s easy to keep pushing through when life gets busy, but today was a good reminder that looking after yourself is just as important as the grind. Highly recommend giving yourself a proper reset every now and then.
