The room is the same as four renderings before, two tall windows on the right side lit the space, a trained eye can spot them reflected on the lamp.
I threw away all the wood paneling on the walls, twisted the floor 45°, and added a different set of furniture:
The main piece is the super desired Polar Bear sofa by Jean Royere, upholstered with sheep-look wool fabric in this occasion. Even Kanye West tweeted once about it! definitely not a secret piece of furniture, but not accesible either, an original Polar Bear sofa can be more expensive than the house itself. A crazy world we live in...

Strongly influenced by Cesar Manrique’s work. I wanted to play with the dark volcanic rocks of the island, the rough white plaster so common in his works, and the tropical flora, so exuberant and given for granted in these latitudes.
Looking forward to come back to my second home.
