This book started with a simple challenge: sketch every single station on Tokyo's Yamanote Line, all 30 of them. From iconic landmarks to quiet corners, each sketch captures a different side of the city.
Whether you've wandered these streets, dream of visiting Japan, or simply love urban sketching, I hope these pages inspire you to slow down, observe, and see Tokyo with fresh eyes.

Every station has its own personality. Every sketch tells a story.

Two years ago, I began a drawing project in one of my favorite cities in the world: Tokyo.
I have always been a fan of the beautiful stamps that you can get from each station, so I decided to collect them all in my sketchbook. Following the iconic Yamanote Line, I traveled across the city and sketched all 30 stations, capturing the life and the energy of these neighbourhood through countless hours of observation and ink drawing.
What started as a personal challenge slowly grew into something much bigger...and finally this collection is about to be released as a book for the very first time.
I’m teaming up with a fantastic independent publisher and to make the first print run possible, I need to reach 150 pre-orders. Every pre-order directly supports the production of the book, from printing and binding to turning this project into a finished publication.
As a special thank you, the first 150 people who pre-order the book will have their name included in a dedicated Supporters Page. Your name will become part of the story and a permanent reminder that you helped bring this project into the world.🙌
If you've followed this journey, love Tokyo, urban sketching, eki stamps, or just want to see the city through my sketches, I'd be honored to have your support.

These tiny watercolor sketches are some of my favorite pages in my sketchbook. I’ve realized that the magic isn't in the finished, flawless painting...it's entirely in the journey of creating it.
Drawing smaller means you can paint anywhere, anytime. It forces you to capture the feeling of a place rather than every single detail. It’s liberating, fast, and incredibly fun.
Want to learn how to paint with this kind of freedom? 👇

Un pezzetto di mondo qua, uno là... 🗺️🎨
Questi piccoli schizzi ad acquerello sono le mie pagine preferite. Ho capito che la magia non sta nel dipinto finale e perfetto, ma interamente nel viaggio per crearlo.
Dipingere in piccolo significa poterlo fare ovunque e senza pressioni. Ti costringe a catturare l'essenza e l'emozione di un luogo, senza perderti nei dettagli. È liberatorio e molto divertente!
Vuoi imparare a dipingere con questa libertà? 👇
