🎣 The fisherman’s pulpit (Fischerkanzeln) of Fischlham Pfarrkirche was designed in 1759 by Franz Xaver Leithner. It is an aesthetic representation of when Jesus called Peter & Andrew to be Fishers of Men.

Salzburg Cathedral is a rare example of Mannerist architecture which was a reactionary movement against Renaissance ideals.
The genius of Michelangelo led artists to consider alternative style choices to expand their knowledge and expressive capabilities beyond the borders of Renaissance rationalism, experimenting with perspective, proportions and spatial relations, which would eventually result in the Baroque style.
🎭Baroque architecture was heavily inspired by the rise of theatre production, incorporating aesthetic qualities of stages - Bernini was originally a theatre set designer!
