Picture this! You book a gorgeous seaside villa for your summer nuptials, only to discover it’s smack in the middle of the biggest local festival of the year. Streets are blocked off for parades, nearby hotels are jam-packed, and the noise from the festivities competes with your vows. Without a local pro’s heads-up, you wouldn’t even know this was happening until it’s too late and trust me, juggling your wedding alongside a massive street party isn’t anyone’s idea of “romantic” 😰
One more example: a couple once tried to coordinate their dream catering through email and Google Translate. The result? The caterer misread the directions and showed up two hours late and at the wrong venue (did you know there can be two “Grand Lagoons” in one region?). By the time they arrived at the right spot, half the guests were already asking, “So… are we supposed to eat the centerpiece?” A local planner could’ve cleared up that confusion before the big day 🙂↔️
Then there was the pair who envisioned a cliffside ceremony overlooking the ocean - until they found out, one day prior, that their chosen spot needed a special permit for events over 20 people. Cue frantic phone calls, big fines and a last-minute venue shuffle. A local planner, on the other hand, would have handled the paperwork at the get-go, saving everyone from heart palpitations and extra fees 💵

Разработка концепции, расчёт и подготовка плана уникального шатра, мостика и сцены, сертификация и отлив всех деталей для установки, проработка визуальной составляющей всех зон, заказ материалов для обшивки шатра, проработка всего технического обеспечения - свет, звук и так далее, проработка райдеров звёзд, написание сценария, создание уникальных костюмов и различных элементов шоу-программы, отрисовка 3d mapping-а на здание виллы и столы, отрисовка множества визуализаций, флористическое оформление, заказ 10000 цветов и подготовка каждого для использования - создания эффекта «поля цветов», огромное количество репетиций, встреч и звонков между подрядчиками, консьерж сервис 24/7 для гостей, букирование гостиниц, трансферов, несколько дней монтажа и многое многое другое.

И все это на расстоянии, между разными городами и странами, но с единой целью - сделать так, чтобы все задуманное сбылось и было ещё лучше, чем планировалось ✨ ⠀ ⠀
