You can show that you meditate, drink cacao and partake in rituals, but if the transformation isnāt truly happening outside of those and you are not walking the talk, then you are not living in truth, you are simply putting on a show.

As I awakened spiritually, I was no longer her, so I took the name Ananda Nalini, which means Blissful Lotus. Rising through the mud, in the dark nights of my soul, I unbecame so that I could reach the real me, here and now. My truest self. The work doesnāt end but I feel rooted in my authentic self now. So coming full circle, through love, compassionā¦I am āGraceā. And I now fully embrace this beautiful name.
Iām someone who finds beauty in the little things - a warm sun-kiss on my skin, the gentle rustle of leaves, or the quiet moments of self-reflection. I believe in the power of self-love, embracing my true self, and celebrating my uniqueness.
