We had the coolest experience at (on top of the Nhow Hotel)! They are launching their brand-new Latin American summer menu, and we were invited to get behind the line and cook it ourselves under the supervision of Chef Roberto Torres Veliz. 🌴🌶️
and I were tasked with the sweetcorn cake with avocado mousse. Safe to say we nailed it and everyone made the chef proud! 🥑🌽
The entire menu is an absolute summer vibe. But don’t worry, they won’t make you do the dishes—head up to the rooftop and try it prepared by the incredible actual team!
