Gakken Turkey olarak, American Life ile birlikte Gakken ProSpeak English projesinin de ötesine geçerek, çocuklara yönelik eğitim alanında yeni bir iş birliği üzerinde çalışıyoruz.
Bu kapsamda, Japonya kökenli ve matematiksel düşünme becerilerini geliştirmeyi hedefleyen Kuno Method’un, American Life bünyesindeki 5–6 yaş grubu öğrencilerle uygulanmasına yönelik ilk adımı attık.
📅 Şubat veya Mart ayında başlayacak İngilizce programlarla eş zamanlı yürütülmesi planlanan 7 haftalık pilot uygulama öncesinde, 26 Ocak itibarıyla 3 gün sürecek bir Eğitici Eğitimi (TOT) programını başlattık. Bu programda, American Life’ta okul öncesi İngilizce dersleri veren 13 öğretmen Kuno Method yaklaşımıyla tanıştı.
Gakken Turkey olarak Kuno Method’u genellikle anaokullarında Türkçe olarak uygulasak da bu pilot çalışmada, American Life iş birliğiyle yöntemin kısmen İngilizce olarak uygulanması hedefleniyor. Bu doğrultuda öğretmenlerle pedagojik açıdan verimli ve yapıcı fikir alışverişleri yürütülüyor.
İlk iki gününe ait kareleri paylaştığımız bu sürecin, çocuklara erken yaşta düşünmeyi öğretmeye yönelik güçlü bir örnek oluşturacağına inanıyoruz. Yarınki son günün ardından bu pilot süreci bir adım daha ileri taşımayı hedefliyoruz🌱

Geçtiğimiz haftalarda ofisimizde AmericanLIFE Language Institute’un kurucu ortakları Yenal Berzeg ve Ahmet Kanbolat’ı ağırladık. Gerçekleştirdiğimiz görüşmede, halihazırda yürütülen İngilizce eğitim iş birliklerinin ötesine geçebilecek, daha kapsamlı ve uzun vadeli bir ortaklık potansiyelini ele aldık.
Toplantıda; ortak vizyon, hedef kitle ihtiyaçları, eğitim modelleri ve önümüzdeki döneme dair olası proje başlıkları üzerine fikir alışverişinde bulunduk.
Her iki kurumun güçlü olduğu alanları bir araya getirebileceğimiz yeni iş birliği senaryoları üzerine çalışmaya başladık. Gakken Turkey olarak, eğitimde sürdürülebilir değer yaratacak, kapsayıcı ve ölçeklenebilir iş birliklerini geliştirmeye değerli partnerlerimizle devam ediyoruz. 🚀

Toplantımızda, projenin detaylarını ele alırken; çok dilli kullanıcı deneyimi, AI tabanlı içerik üretimi ve küresel eğitim stratejileri üzerine verimli bir fikir alışverişi gerçekleştirdik.
